3 Mocktail Recipes You’ll Make on Repeat This Fall

Since I’m pregnant this fall, I have been on the lookout for delicious and fun drink options that don’t contain alcohol. I mean come on, just because I can’t indulge in a boozy beverage doesn’t mean I want to miss out on the fun. That’s why I’ve put together my top 3 favorite mocktail recipes that I’ve found from some of my fave creators. And let me tell you, they are sooo tasty and perfect for the fall season and the holidays to come.

Whether you’re hosting a little dinner party with the gals or just looking for something new to sip on, these recipes are foolproof and can be whipped up in no time. Here are three easy-to-make mocktail recipes that I know you are going to love!

Sparkling Apple Cider Pomegranate Mocktail

Ingredients: 

  • 4 oz sparkling apple cider 
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • Pomegranate arils and lemon twist for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the apple cider and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. You can switch this to Pomegranate juice during the holidays to to give it a festive color.
  2. Stir gently and garnish with pomegranate arils and lemon twist.

Cherry & Thyme Mocktail

Ingredients: 

  • 6-8 cherries, pitted
  • A few sprigs of thyme
  • 0.5 oz maple syrup
  • 1-2 oz cherry juice (I recommend using tart cherry juice for calming health benefits)
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • Topo chico or sparkling beverage of your choice 

Instructions:

  1. Add sugar and thyme to a plate and roll the side of your glass in it for a tasty rim
  2. Cut limes and pit cherries
  3. Add pitted cherries to the glass and sprinkle thyme on top
  4. Mull the cherries and add maple syrup and cherry juice in
  5. Add your ice and top with a sparkling beverage of your choice (I love Topo Chico)

Spicy Blood Orange Mockarita

Ingredients:

Jalapeño simple syrup

  • ½ jalapeño, sliced 
  • 1 cup water 
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 

Mocktail

  • 8 oz blood orange juice
  • 6 oz non-alcoholic tequila
  • 1 lime
  • Ice
  • 1 blood orange sliced, for garnish
  • ½ jalapeño sliced, for garnish 
  • 1 tbsp Tajín or salt, for rim

Instructions:

Jalapeño Simple Syrup

  • Combine sugar, water, and sliced jalapeño in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir while bringing to a boil, and then reduce heat to simmer. Continue to simmer for 3-4 minutes, and then remove from heat.
  • Let the syrup cool to room temp. It should thicken as it cools. Then, transfer to a bottle or container (strain if you like) and refrigerate.

Mocktail

  • In a carafe, combine blood orange juice, non-alcoholic tequila, juice of one lime, and 1 oz jalapeño simple syrup.
  • Add ice, extra jalapeño slices, and blood orange slices (if desired).
  • Prepare glasses by running a lime wedge along the rim of each glass, and then gently roll into Tajín on a plate or shallow bowl.
  • Pour your Spicy Blood Orange Margarita Mocktail into the prepared glasses and serve!
