GIFT GUIDE: For Friends in the Medical Field

It’s a brand new week so that means I’m bringing you a new GIFT GUIDE! This week’s gift guide is for all of your people that work in the medical field! I had so much fun putting this together because I was thinking of things that I would want myself and I might have added a few new items to my Christmas list from this…

These items are great gifts whether you want to grab them something they can use at work, or if you’re snagging them something they can use to relax after a long day. You can’t go wrong with any of these! I included so many items at different budgets so you’re sure to find something for a friend or family member. Don’t miss all of my other gift guides like gifts for her, for him, and more over here!

Theragun Mini | Help them relieve sore muscles from a long day at work with this mini massager! This can be used on the entire body and is small and easy to store/transport!

Heating Pad | Another item I love for sore muscles, this heating pad is the best to curl up with. I especially love it for back pain!

Ultra Repair Cream | This cream is the BEST for super dry skin or if they deal with eczema. Any kind of skin irritation from wearing a mask will be wiped out by this cream, too! They can use it on the face and body.

Backpack | I always bring a backpack or bag to work and this backpack is on my list to grab! It’s luxe but under $80 and has a ton of storage compartments to keep things organized.

Stanley Tumbler | The viral tumbler that everyone loves! I’ve heard from multiple people that this tumbler really helps them up their water intake. Plus, the skinny bottom fits in a cup holder which is super convenient!

Badge Holders | Getting a new badge holder is always fun and the simple heart design of these is too cute. They’re handmade, too!

Hand Cream | We wash our hands and put on LOTS of sanitizer throughout the day, so our hands tend to get pretty dry. A nice hand cream is a thoughtful gift they’ll use all of the time!

Weighted Sleep Mask | This sleep mask applies gentle, evenly-distributed pressure to soothe and help them sleep better. It’s totally light blocking and is cooling on one side and warm on the other!

Diffuser | They can add this $15 diffuser to their living room or bedroom for an easy way to wind down and relax. Include their favorite essential oils if you want to spoil them even more!

Foot Spa | This foot spa is only $30 and is such a great way for them to rest their tired feet! It comes with a few different attachments to provide a different foot massaging experience.

FIGS Scrubs | If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I love FIGS scrubs. You can’t go wrong with a new set and I’m especially loving this top and these jogger pants right now.

Nespresso | Caffeine is probably their BFF at work so upgrade their experience with a Nespresso machine!

Padfolio | This is such a great piece for them to take notes and carry anything essential they might need throughout the work day. This one is under $20 and comes in a ton of colors!
