I know how much you guys love seeing what beauty products I use, so I thought I would share my current everyday faves! If you work in the medical field, you know the struggle of having your makeup last throughout a long shift. When it comes to my everyday makeup routine, I look for lightweight products that give me that natural, effortless look, and that will last all day long. Here are my top recommendations and products that I ACTUALLY wear daily while delivering babies!
Face:
Concealer: This is my holy grail product for keeping me looking awake during a long shift and covering my dark circles.
Rare Beauty Blush: These are so worth the hype! They blend into your skin/makeup so well and one bottle will last you forever.
Contour Stick: I pretty much love all things Fenty and this contour stick is my new favorite. I love the natural bronze glow it gives!
Matte Sunscreen: Sunscreen is an essential step in my skincare routine and I have been loving this Supergoop one! A lot of people go for the Glowscreen, but I actual prefer the matte finish under makeup.
Dior Blush: This is viral for a reason! The color is so soft and pretty and the perfect topper over the Rare Beauty liquid blush.
Primer: Hands down my favorite primer! I feel like this actually holds product in place and it’s a definite must-have if you are on your feet all day.
Setting Powder: The OG setting powder and still my go-to!
Charlotte Tilbury Powder: This a like a filter for your face! So gorgeous and not cakey at all.
Eyes/Brows:
Mascara: Finally a mascara that doesn’t transfer to your eyelids throughout the day. I love the natural lift it gives your lashes and it doesn’t weigh them down.
Brow Wiz: The best eyebrow pencil on the market, and trust me I have tried a bunch!
Patrick Ta Brow Gel: My go-to for fluffy sculpted brows. Holds them in place all day!
Other faves:
Beauty Blender: The only way I apply foundation and concealer!
Lip/Cheek Tint: I love adding a little color to my face especially when I am under those fluorescent hospital lights. I find this lasts for hours and is way more natural than wearing lipstick or gloss on a shift.
